DIGITAL PRODUCT PURCHASE TERMS

These Digital Product Purchase Terms apply to the purchase of “From Finds to Income After 40” from Moneka Atwater doing business as Trendy At 50 Finds (“Trendy At 50 Finds,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By completing your purchase and checking the agreement box, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

DIGITAL PRODUCT

“From Finds to Income After 40” is a digital educational guide. No physical product will be mailed. After successful payment, the guide will be delivered electronically to the email address entered during checkout.

You are responsible for entering a valid email address and checking your inbox, spam, junk, and promotions folders. If you do not receive the guide, contact hello@trendyat50finds.com for assistance.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

The purchase price is displayed at checkout in U.S. dollars. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase and is processed securely by our third-party payment processor. Any applicable taxes will be shown at checkout.

DIGITAL DELIVERY

Access to the guide is provided only after payment is successfully completed. Delivery may occur through an email attachment, secure download link, or password-protected access page.

You may not obtain the paid guide through a free email opt-in form or access it without completing payment.

REFUND POLICY

Because this is an immediately accessible digital product, all sales are final once the guide or download access has been delivered.

Refunds may be considered when required by law, when a customer is charged more than once for the same purchase, when the file is defective, or when Trendy At 50 Finds is unable to provide access after a reasonable opportunity to correct the problem.
